Who we are
Cosmoxyn (“we”, “us”) is an AI-native software studio based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, serving clients worldwide. This policy covers the website at cosmoxyn.com. For anything privacy-related, contact hello@cosmoxyn.com.
What we collect — and what we don't
Contact form: our booking form does not submit data to our servers. It composes an email in your own mail client (or Gmail), which you review and send yourself. The details you choose to include (name, email, phone, company, meeting preferences) arrive in our inbox like any other email and are used only to respond to your enquiry.
Analytics: we may use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site usage (pages visited, approximate region, device type). IP addresses are anonymized. We do not use this data to identify individuals, and we don't run advertising or remarketing pixels.
Hosting logs: the site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) for security and operations, per Vercel's privacy policy.
We do not sell personal data, run third-party ad trackers, or require accounts to use this site.
Cookies
The site itself sets no marketing cookies. If analytics is active, Google Analytics sets its standard measurement cookies; you can block these with any cookie/content blocker without affecting the site.
Client project data
If you engage us to build something, project data (code, documents, credentials) is governed by the contract and NDA for that engagement — not this website policy. Code ships to your own GitHub and infrastructure; we don't retain production access after handoff unless you ask us to.
Data retention & your rights
Enquiry emails are kept as long as needed to handle the conversation and for reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete your correspondence, or to tell you what we hold about you, by emailing hello@cosmoxyn.com — we'll respond within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If our data practices change (for example, if we add a server-side form or new analytics), we'll update this page and the “last updated” date above.
