An active roadmap and a deadline that arrives sooner than a permanent hire can. You need senior execution now, without building a department around it first.

Add experienced engineers, or a coordinated delivery pod, across AI, cloud, data, web, mobile and product engineering. You work directly with the people doing the work.
Staff augmentation fits when you need capacity quickly, a specialist skill you do not have, or cover for a role you are still hiring for — and you want to keep ownership of the work.
An active roadmap and a deadline that arrives sooner than a permanent hire can. You need senior execution now, without building a department around it first.
A growing backlog or a platform initiative that would slow the core team if you absorbed it. Capacity across web, cloud, data or AI, for a defined stretch.
Client work that needs specialists you do not keep on permanent payroll. We work white-label, behind your brand, with you owning the client relationship.
An approved programme — cloud, data, AI, modernisation — that needs external capacity working inside your process and your governance.
The right structure depends on the gap, how much management capacity you have, and how long the work runs.
One engineer who joins your existing team, works in your tools, and takes direction from your leads.
Two or more engineers covering related roles — a backend and a frontend, or a data engineer alongside a platform engineer.
A small coordinated team spanning frontend, backend, cloud, mobile, data or AI, working as one unit.
Delivery capacity for agencies and consultancies. We stay behind your brand; you keep the client relationship.
A focused engagement for an architecture question, a platform decision, an audit, or a delivery problem that needs a specific skill briefly.
The last row matters most. If your requirement sits there, a different model — or a different supplier — is the better answer, and we would rather say so early.
| Attribute | Dedicated individual | Multi-person | Delivery pod | White-label | Short specialist |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Best use | One defined skill gap | Several related roles | A small coordinated team | Delivery for an agency or consultancy | Architecture, audit, rescue or setup |
| Who directs daily work | You | You | Shared — you set priorities, we coordinate the team | You, or your client through you | Shared, for the length of the engagement |
| What you are buying | Named capacity and a specific skill | Named capacity across roles | A team with delivery coordination | Capacity behind your brand | A specific answer or intervention |
| Typical duration | One month or longer | Three months or longer | Three months or longer | Project or retained | Days to weeks |
| Billing basis | Hourly or monthly | Per person, monthly | Monthly team fee | Agreed per engagement | Hourly or short retainer |
| When this is the wrong choice | You want a guaranteed deliverable rather than capacity — that is a fixed-scope project. | The roles are unrelated; hire them separately so each has the right lead. | You already have delivery management and only need hands. | You want us visible to the end client; that is a direct engagement. | The work is continuous. A short engagement will not hold it. |
We supply capacity in the areas this studio already builds in. If a requirement sits outside them, we will tell you rather than find someone to fit the brief.
Retrieval, LLM applications, agent workflows and automation — built to be inspected, not trusted blindly.
The product surface and the services behind it, from one team.
Native and cross-platform, shipped to both stores.
Serverless, containers, and the pipelines that put them in production.
Pipelines, stores and retrieval — the layer everything else reads from.
Execution, settlement and risk, where correctness is the product.
We do not publish start dates before the checks are done. A date that depends on notice periods and access approvals is not ours alone to promise.
Skills, team size, timezone, expected start and duration.
If we can staff it credibly, we share approved profiles or propose a team. If we cannot, we say so.
You meet the people who would actually work with you, and run whatever technical evaluation you normally would.
Scope, commercials, security, access and onboarding, in writing.
The engineer or team joins your workflow, with ongoing delivery and commercial support from us.
Including the ones most suppliers leave off the page — what happens when a placement is not working, and who owns what.
Either. An engagement can start with one approved engineer, several specialists, or a coordinated pod. Starting with one and adding later is common.
Normally you do. You set priorities and the engineer works inside your delivery process. We handle performance, continuity and the commercial relationship. On a pod, coordination is shared.
Yes, and we would expect you to. We share relevant approved profiles first, then you run interviews and whatever technical evaluation you normally use.
It depends on the role, availability, your interview timing, notice periods, contract approval and access requirements. We confirm a date once those are checked rather than before — an early date we cannot keep helps neither of us.
Monthly and longer engagements are the norm. Short specialist support is available for architecture, audits or a specific delivery problem.
Raise it early rather than at the end of a sprint. There is an agreed escalation path, and replacement and handover terms are set in the contract before work starts. We would rather resolve it than defend a placement.
Continuity is our responsibility, not yours. The contract sets out the handover and replacement process, including what documentation and context transfers. Specific timelines are agreed per engagement rather than promised in advance.
You do. Ownership terms are set in the contract before any work begins, alongside confidentiality terms.
We are based in Ahmedabad, India, and work with clients across the Middle East, Europe, the UK, the US and India. Overlap hours are agreed per engagement and confirmed before it starts, because they depend on the person as well as the region.
Yes. We stay behind your brand and you keep the client relationship. The specifics — how we appear, who communicates with the end client, what goes in writing — are agreed before the engagement starts.
The more of this you can answer, the faster we can tell you whether we can staff it credibly — and say so plainly if we cannot.
